By enabling SMS alerts in the MPA (Message & Phone Alert) system and providing phone numbers within your account, you ("the Customer") hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Opt-In Consent You voluntarily opt-in to receive SMS text message alerts from the MPA alert system. These messages may include time-sensitive security notifications, sensor-based alerts, and other operational updates tied to your subscription.
2. Subscription-Based Agreement As part of your paid subscription to the MPA service, you acknowledge that SMS alerts are an included feature. By configuring sensors and enabling SMS alerts within your account, you consent to receive these messages at the phone numbers you provide.
3. Registered Phone Numbers You agree to ensure that all phone numbers registered in the system are accurate, belong to you or your authorized users, and are authorized to receive such messages.
4. Message Frequency The frequency of SMS messages will depend on the number and nature of alerts configured by you within your account. Message frequency may vary based on system activity.
5. Standard Message Rates Standard messaging and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier agreement. MPA is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages.
6. Revocation of Consent You may opt out of receiving SMS alerts at any time by removing your phone number from the system or disabling SMS alerts through the MPA configuration dashboard.
7. Privacy and Security Your contact information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering MPA alerts and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
