Francesco Trama

Chief Executive Officer and Founder 

As Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Francesco is responsible for the overall operating performance while building technical and business credibility externally as a market-facing thought leader. Frank also is co-inventor of a patent issued for selectively regulating network traffic. Francesco is an experienced network engineer and prior to PacketViper, held the Director of Information Security and Technology position at Liberty USA, Partner and Director of Libcom Internet Services ISP, Sr Network/Systems Engineer, Architect, and PM for nationally based technology businesses such as The Future Now, XLConnect, and MicroAge. Francesco holds a BS in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle University. Francesco is a decorated veteran that served twelve years in the US Army Assualt Helicopter Battalion at FT Drum, and Schoefield Barracks.

Don Gray

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Don is responsible for driving the corporate technology strategy and direction. Previously, Don was the founder and CTO of the MSSP VigilantMinds and a top executive and security strategist at NTT Security, Inc. He is highly regarded in the cybersecurity industry and has been a frequent speaker at industry events including Gartner Security Summit, Forrester Security Forum and RSA. Prior to PacketViper, Don was the VP of Product Marketing at NTT Security (formerly Solutionary) where he led a global team integrating and developing product strategies and marketing across multiple NTT organizations. Don holds a BS in Business Admin/Computer Science from California University of PA where he also serves as an industry advisor for the College of Science & Technology.

Tim Jencka

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Tim is responsible for the development and execution of the organization's sales, marketing and strategic partnering programs as well as driving profitable growth and implementing the organization's long-term financial strategy. Tim has over 25 years of technical sales and marketing experience with specific focus on cybersecurity solutions over the past 17 years. Tim specializes in global, enterprise and major account sales, channel strategies and new business development. Prior to joining PacketViper Tim had senior security sales responsibilities at Dimension Data and NTT Security (formerly Solutionary), and various Financial Management, Financial Control and Product Management responsibilities with Westinghouse Electric. Tim holds an MBA from Duquesne University concentrating in Marketing and Sales Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Pete Tseronis

Strategic Advisor

As a business executive, and cybersecurity strategist with 29+ years leading myriad Cabinet-level and commercial entities, Pete maintains a passion for collaborating with government, industry, investor, and academic ecosystems. His recent appointment as Chairperson for the?Global Cities Teams Challenge?Utility SuperCluster affirms his dedication to the establishment and demonstration of replicable, scalable, and sustainable models for incubation and deployment of interoperable, secure, standards-based solutions. As the Department of Energy's (DoE) first-ever appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) from 2008-2015, Pete served as an innovation advocator for technology transfer of intellectual property, was an effective and credible collaborator. Currently, Pete is the Founder and CEO of Dots and Bridges LLC, which provides an expansive suite of professional services to assist its clients throughout the business lifecycle, rooted in the discovery, cultivation, and fostering of relationships.

Bob Meindl

Strategic Advisor

Bob Meindl most recently served as Executive Vice President & Head of North American Cyber Security Practice at Capgemini. Prior to that, he held senior executive positions at cybersecurity leaders Leidos Commercial Cyber and Lockheed Martin. In his executive roles, he led the integration of Lockheed Martin into Leidos and then led the sale of Leidos Cyber into Capgemini. Throughout his career, Meindl has established himself as a cybersecurity visionary with a consistent track record of delivering significant bottom-line business outcomes and establishing deep industry relationships.
